Tour the unique and picturesque countryside of the Texas upper coast while riding around Galveston Bay, one of the largest bays in the United States.
Bike Around the Bay 2018 will be starting and finishing at Plantgistix within the Ameriport Industrial Park in Baytown. The entrance to the AmeriPort Industrial Park is 1/2 mile West of Royal Purple Raceway on Hwy 565.

From the starting line at Plantgistix, riders follow a scenic route through historic Wallisville and over Turtle Bayou before arriving in Anahuac.
Riders will pass Fort Anahuac Park, a landmark for the Texas Revolution, ride through coastal prairies, Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge, and High Island, the highest point on the Gulf Coast between the Yucatan Peninsula and Alabama.
In the final stretch of day one, riders take the Bolivar Peninsula to Galveston Island where they will ride through the historic Strand district and Seawall Boulevard before finishing at Moody Gardens.
The second day begins at Moody Gardens, passes over the Galveston Causeway, and follows the west side of the Bay.
Riders explore Texas City along the Texas City levee and the bayside towns of Kemah and Seabrook before riding over the Fred Hartman Bridge.
The ride will finish at the same location as the Starting line.

Bike Around the Bay is a two-day, fully supported ride around Galveston Bay. Day One is 97.8 miles with the option to make it 100 miles with our Century Loop on Bolivar Peninsula. Day Two follows the west side of the Bay and is 77.4 miles.
